The Heads on this decoy screw on and stay, they come in 4 different head positions. You get 1 each of the Resting, Sentry, Upright, and Short Neck heads per 4 pack of decoys. These heads all come flocked to reduce glare. The Decoys measure 24" from breast to tail and are 11 3/4" wide. All Floaters are weighted keel.
